The City of Issaquah offers diverse active and passive recreational opportunities throughout its parks and open space system. Parks and open space areas are part of the natural fabric of the community as well as a source of pride and identity. Plus, these public facilities contribute to the physical and mental well-being of the community. They provide recreational opportunities, natural beauty, environmental protection, and a balanced urban landscape.
For more detailed descriptions or information on the City's parks, open space areas and trails, please look at the left panel for the name of the park, open space or trail and click on that park, open space or trail name.
Additionally, the City has published two trail maps: "Issaquah Walks" which shows the City's parks, open space and walking routes within the City's downtown business district. The second map, "Issaquah Family Forest Walks" shows the walking and hiking trails located within the Tradition Plateau NRCA. You may access these maps by clicking on the Maps and Brochures button on the right side of the screen.
