Permit Application Form for Building and Public Works Departments
Applications for permits administered by the Building, Planning and Public Works Departments for land development and construction activities require the following forms. See specific permits below and the Permit Center Submittal Requirements web page for additional submittal requirements. This application is to be used for building, plumbing, mechanical, public works, fire sprinklers/alarms, signs, demolition and tree removal.

Wet Weather Permit is NO LONGER USED. See note below.
Effective September, 2009, the Wet Weather Permit will no longer be used. Updated TESC requirements will be in effect at that time, and all TESC submitals will be conducted under the Public Works Permit. See Public Works Permit page for more information.
