The Manor is a traditional home with country elegance, sitting on three park-like acres with a creek in the backyard. We have 7,000 sq. feet of space available through the use of several rooms and our outside deck area. This deck area has a 20’ x 40’ tent covering.

130 interior - seated
175 interior - standing
175 interior & exterior - seated
Please come and tour our facility!
Tours are available by appointment only. Please contact the rental office at 425-837-3366 Monday - Friday to schedule an appointment. When visiting the Manor for a tour, please use the office entrance which is located on the back porch adjacent to the garage.

Are you looking for a venue to hold an event? The Pickering Barn and Tibbetts Creek Manor are local City of Issaquah owned facilities available for private rental for your upcoming wedding, birthday party, reception, business meeting or trade show. Stop by either location to tour the facility and receive rental information! If you’ve already booked your event at either facility, use this time to show family & friends or work on your decorating ideas. No appointment necessary.
