Issaquah is planning for its future – today.

The Central Issaquah Plan will guide the long-term evolution of our 1,100-acre commercial core from a collection of strip malls, parking lots and office buildings into a more sustainable urban area that will meet our community’s needs for environmental protection, jobs, housing and rapid transit.

This plan is Issaquah’s opportunity to create a vibrant urban center, while also protecting our current neighborhoods and natural environment.
