    The purpose of this hearing is to take public testimony regarding the adopted six-month moratorium and interim official control prohibiting the location of community health engagement locations, safe injection sites, and other uses or activities designed to provide a location for individuals to consume illicit drugs in all zoning districts of the city. Anyone interested may appear at the public hearing and be heard for or against, or provide comments regarding the moratorium. Following the hearing, the City Council may take further action.
