Major Development Review Team
The Major Development Review Team (MDRT) is a division within the Public Works Engineering Department of the City of Issaquah responsible for plan review, permitting and inspections for major development within the City.
MDRT issues utility and planning permits to applicants in Issaquah Highlands and Talus; ensures that the obligations and responsibilities of the builders and developers are enforced; and, works collaboratively with builders, developers, other City departments and citizens to improve the quality of life in the City of Issaquah.
