Transfer of Development Rights (TDRs) Program

On September 19, 2005 the City Council adopted the Transfer of Development Rights (TDR) program. The program became effective October 5, 2005.

The City would like to develop a list of Sending Site and Receiving Site property owners that are interested in participating in the program. Participation in the program is strictly voluntary and the list would serve as a contact point for applicants.
