Rules and Expectations

Respect Staff:

  • Patrons are required to follow posted directions and the directions given by supervisory staff.

  • All patrons must check-in and receive a hand stamp before entry into the Center, including the lobby area.

Respect Other Patrons:

  • Patrons are expected to use appropriate and non-offensive language. Profanity of any type will not be tolerated.

  • Patrons may not use tobacco, drugs and/or alcohol on site or be under the influence of drugs nor alcohol upon entrance.

  • Weapons, or anything that resembles a weapon, are not allowed on City property.

  • Patrons are expected to behave appropriately while on Community Center property. Roughhousing, yelling, play fighting and wrestling are not acceptable behaviors.

  • Treat other patrons’ belongings with respect. Destruction or theft of property will not be tolerated.

Respect Property:

  • Treat property and equipment as it is intended to be used.

  • Destruction or vandalism of property or equipment will not be tolerated.

  • Throw away waste in proper receptacles.

  • All skateboards, bikes, and inline skates must be walked in front of the Community Center.

  • Shoes must be worn at all times while in the Community Center.

If you choose to disregard the above policies, you may be asked to leave City property. This suspension can last from one day to an indefinite amount of time. Police may be contacted. Violation of a suspension may result in criminal trespass charges being levied against the suspended patron.
