Workshop 2

Workshop 2
Workshop 2
A successful second Central Issaquah Workshop was held Thursday, November 8th at the Pickering Barn.  Click here for a summary report of Workshop #2.

The purpose of Workshop #2 was to work together in small groups to create land use options for Central Issaquah that show where and how much residential, commercial and open space should be located within the area, consistent with the Vision and Guiding Principles developed at the first public workshop.

Approximately 75 people attended the workshop where they began developing land use options for the Central Issaquah Area.  (Click here for workshop pictures.)  Below are the land use options created by the individual table teams. Each document contains:

  • A photo of the resulting Lego exercise
  • A summary of the proposed commercial and residential mix
  • Individual comments made by table participants
  • A summary of unique features and how the proposed land use option complies with the Vision and Guiding Principles, and
  • Comments made by other participants during the open house session

The following materials were presented at Workshop 2.
