Applications and Volunteer Service Agreement forms may be obtained at City Hall, City Clerk's Office, 130 E. Sunset Way, Issaquah, WA  98027, or from the City’s website; available in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat PDF.

A signed, completed Application and Volunteer Service Agreement form must be submitted by 5:00 p.m., Friday, August 31, 2007.  The City Clerk will notify all applicants in writing regarding the interview process. Appointments are made by the Mayor and confirmed by the City Council in September or October  2007.

The Mayor gives a great deal of thought to the make up of each board and seeks to have a diversified and balanced group. Serving on a board or commission is an opportunity to "get involved" in the community and the operations of your local government. The City encourages anyone interested to apply for a position (alternate members serve in the absence of regular members). For further information on any of these boards and commissions, please contact the City Clerk's Office, (425) 837-3000.
