Comprehensive Plan Update
We’re updating our roadmap to the future. Our Comprehensive Plan guides decisions on where to add homes and jobs, how to improve our transportation system, and where to invest in infrastructure.

To ensure Issaquah has an adequate transportation system in place to handle new development, the City is focused on updating its transportation concurrency requirements.

A development agreement between the City of Issaquah and Costco Wholesale Corp. could enable the Fortune 500 company to add up to 1.5 million square feet to its international headquarters.

Dogwood Street: Road Improvements
Northwest Dogwood Street will undergo improvements soon as work starts on two separate projects.

Fish Passage Project
To improve fish passage, the City of Issaquah recently worked with Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) to remove an aging dam on Issaquah Creek that blocked salmon from reaching a majority of the Issaquah Creek watershed.
