Urban Village Development Commission
The Urban Village Development Commission reviews initial development standards not adopted as part of the Development Agreements. They review initial design guidelines and conduct a planning-level review of specified land use actions within the projects for conformance with policies, goals and objectives contained in City of Issaquah's Comprehensive Plan and in the "Grand Ridge Planning Goals and Commitments," and in Cougar Mountain East Village Development Agreement.
This commission generally meets the first and third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m as necessary, but no less frequent than once a quarter. All meetings are open to the public.
